Sweet nights near Al-Nabawi

Zekra, the receptionist, was a star. The hotel is only a short walk to Masjid Al-Nabawi, a distance i found manageable even in the heat. Shaheen, the bell boy, was wonderfully professional, and the room service team was respectful. The parking on site was a definite plus, a wide space for an extra charge.

the room was clean the housekeeping service was punctual i had a budget twin room the location was convenient with nearby shops. the staff was great they helped with my luggage promptly. i also appreciated the air conditioning it maintained a consistent temperature.

the tv remote had worn batteries.

the staff were helpful. the hotel provided excellent service. it was very near to the haram, a short walk. i would definitely come back.

there was a poster about water usage. the basin faucet released water very slowly. the lighting system in the room was weak. i found the beds small.

i found the hotel clean and quiet. room services were prompt. it was very easy to reach reception by phone and staff served quickly.

i noticed the hotel charges a high price that did not fully match the quality of its services. the walk to al-masjid al-nabawi took about 10 minutes which might be inconvenient for some guests.

Wonderful Experience Close to Everything!

The room was a good size and very clean. Staff members were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel's proximity to the Haram made it easy to go back and forth. I could easily walk to restaurants nearby, great!!!

The elevator could get crowded, and I sometimes waited a bit longer than expected.
